They offer a toll package, and when I declined they said I'd have to pay tolls - no problem. I returned my car 3 hours early and they didn't log it in for 8 hours, so they tried to charge me $260 in late fees when I provided my boarding pass as proof, they refunded it and were not at all surprised by the situation nor did they apologize. Oh - and don't forget your car insurance card at pickup or you'll have a hard time getting you card without signing up for their insurance. was not clear this was not located at the airport, but a 15 min shuttle away. Took 45 minutes to get my car, and they wouldn't tell me what car it is 'just click the lock button to find it'. Terrible from the start & tried to charge me 4x the amount I agreed to by 'accident' - agents are dual tasking between getting you set up with your car and chatting with online customers.
